2007 Kubota L48 HST 4×4 commercial series *Pre-Emissions* Tractor Loader Backhoe in good condition with canopy. Comes with 4 like new attachments; Woods 72″ brush mower, W. R. Long 72″ hydraulic grapple, Woods 72″ box blade with rippers, Woods 48″ 4800lbs pallet forks, 3pt hitch arms and owners manuals. Tractor is in good condition. Its 48hp with a 4 cylinder *Pre-Emissions* diesel engine with only 860hrs. Has easy to use 3 range hydrostatic transmission and is 4×4 with locking rear differential. Has rear 540pto. Tires are 70% +/- tread life. Rear tires are filled with ballast. TL1150 loader has a lift capacity of 3,000 pounds at pin and features universal quick attach for ease of switching loader attachments. BT1100 sub-frame backhoe is quick connect and can be mounted or unmounted in less then 5 minutes. Backhoe digging depth is over 11 feet. The tractor is in good condition. The paint is in good condition with some fading on the loader cylinders, and other scratches/chips which is only normal for 860hrs. No frame rust. Kept under roof most of its life. All lights and gauges work 100%. Engine and hydraulics are strong. All fluid levels were checked. NO leaks. It has been greased regularly and pins are tight. Everything operates and functions like it should with no known issues. Comes with 4 attachments; Woods 72″ brush mower, W. R.
